Training and development

Career paths are in place based on the job level and function of individual employees. This structure helps individuals to develop their skills and have the opportunity for upward mobility based on clearly identified performance measurement
Professional learning programs: Horváth Business School content is personalized to match your experience level, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and apply the methods and solutions in your daily work. This can also be expanded through tailored individual training
Mentoring programs: Each new hire is given a mentor who will support them from day one – professionally & personally (agreement on goals, personal development, supports career, open feedback culture)

People

Working remotely is part of being in a management consulting firm. Connecting in person on a regular basis to keep our team spirit alive is considered an important requirement with the company. We accomplish this through regular Horváth USA team meetings and an annual company-wide "CAMP" to foster connection, idea sharing and celebration of our successes.

Beyond day-to-day work, we're also passionate about giving back and regularly take part in volunteer activities, making a real difference as a team. Each holiday season, our Horváth USA team dedicates time to give back to the community. This time swapping office wear for work gloves with Habitat for Humanity in Pinellas County, FL. A day of painting, landscaping and decorating paved the way for two families to move into their new homes just in time for the holidays.
