The information We may collect on or through our Website consists of information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. As you navigate through and interact with our Website, We may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, as specified above.  At this time, We do not use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). 

Currently, our Website does not respond to any “Do Not Track” signals. 

The information We collect automatically does not include Personal Information. The information we do collect helps us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

Without limiting the foregoing, We do not sell or “share” the Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age.

The Right to Deletion:

You may request to have your Personal Information deleted from our records.

The Right to Portability: 

You may request to receive a copy of your Personal Information, including specific pieces of Personal Information, including, where applicable, to obtain a copy of the Personal Information you provided to us in a portable format. 

Protection against Retaliation: 

You have the right to not be retaliated against by us because you exercised any of your rights under the applicable privacy laws. This means We cannot, among other things:

  • Deny goods or services to you
  • Charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties
  • Provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you –or–
  • Suggest that you receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services

Please note that We may charge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of services to you, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to our business by your Personal Information. 

Right to Opt-Out of Personal Information Sales and Sharing

You have the right to direct us to not sell or share your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes at any time (the “right to opt-out”). Please note that We do not currently engage in sales or sharing of Personal Information triggering such opt-out requirements. 

Right to Limit Disclosure or Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to limit the disclosure or use of your Sensitive Personal Information that has been collected or processed with the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. Please note that We do not currently collect or use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about consumers triggering such limitation rights.

We will verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the type and sensitivity of the Personal Information subject to the request.  We may need to request additional Personal Information from you, such as email address, phone number, full name, or address, in order to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests.  If you make a request to delete, We may ask you to confirm your request before We delete your Personal Information. 

We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if We cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom We collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person's behalf.

Any personal information We collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.

Nevada Residents as Covered by Nevada Privacy law. We do not sell Covered Information as defined under Nevada law.

Data Security. We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We do our best to protect your personal information, We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
